The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout.     wow girl ur sexi haha… i actually lost weight by not eating much but i had to change that cuz i got unhelathy (defeciencies) and switched to a 1,200 cal diet… its hard to follow cuz u cant pas a certain quota (cal) but its easy to get carried away cuz juice and cola counts cola i cud careless abt unless im tired but changing what i eat i lost some weight slower than fasting but i gota excorsice to.. to speed it up. fasting is wrong i was desperate then it made me sick eck…

    Hay I just had a baby 6mnths ago and I gained only 10 pounds frm my prenancy but my problem is I have a gut now I cnt wear tight shirts or nothing will this wrk out wrk 4 me to lose this gut because this os my only problem

    @EMO4LIFE87 You can absolutely do it everyday (as long as nothing is too sore or you’re experiencing pain). But remember – the best way to tone muscle and lose weight is to mix it up and keep it interesting. I have loads of quick workouts that will keep you (and your muscles) guessing. xo Bex

    I’m 19, 6 foot, and 210lbs. But a lot of that mass is muscle. I stumbled across this workout and funnily enough I’m trying to lose about 20lbs and tone up my pecs and get my flat stomach for my abs back. I’m male, and i wondered if this workout was intended for females or does it work both ways? I’m curious to give it a go if it will work. Thanks
