    @jumper0136 This is cardio work, you shouldn’t feel sore at all! It’s just activity to burn fat. If you’re sore that means your muscles REALLY aren’t used to movement. Do the warm ups and ease into it.

    @GMnation eat brown rice if you can its healthier and avoid the soy sauce or other toppings with high sodium, but try adding different veggies or chicken to your rice.
