    thank you for showing us this video Its doesn’t look painful at all to do . Espeaically when you have have back problems. so other then swimming at the gym, home excises kills me :P not literally but its really painful and i have to get in shape for health reasons, that are redepressing to me. thank you again, i shall sucribe to you channel ^o^
